Cottonwood Hospice Charitable Foundation is a 501(c)3 founded after noticing a need for additional support for terminally ill patients while on hospice service. With the mission to celebrate, educate, and advocate for hospice patients and families in Southeast Nebraska, donors may choose where and how their money is used. Donations may be designated to our General fund or to certain communities including Gage County, Jefferson County, Saline County, and Pawnee County. Donations may also be designated to specific use to the following funds if desired:
Provides funds for additional support for those who have lost loved ones.
Funds are used to bring last wishes to life in the terminally ill hospice patient.
Funds are used to cover services or items otherwise inaccessible for patient due to financial restraints.
Provides funds for hospice education to staff and the general public.
Funds are used for hospice patients to identify, recognize and honor those who served.
Funds are used specifically to support Alzheimer and dementia care families and patients on hospice.
Your tax-deductible donation may also be made by check, payable to Cottonwood Hospice Charitable Foundation and mailed to 1201 N. 10th St. Beatrice, NE 68310.
